This version of the terms applies during the open beta.
These terms are an agreement between you and Gripul Inc., a Texas corporation ("Gripul", "we"). They cover your use of Gripul Math Worksheets (the "Service") at math.gripulinc.com. By signing in, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why; it is part of this agreement.
The Service is in open beta. Everything in it is free for now. Free accounts can make a set number of worksheets per calendar month (currently 10). If you need more during the beta, email us and we will add some. We may change or remove features while we are in beta.
We may introduce paid plans later. If we do, we will announce them first, nothing will be charged to you without your explicit purchase, and a free account will remain available.
You sign in with a Google account. You must be at least 18 years old. One account per person: keep it to yourself and do not let others use it. You are responsible for what is done with your account. We may refuse or close accounts that violate these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the worksheets you make with the Service in your own teaching: print them, copy them for your students, hand them out in class, post them for your own students in your class's learning system, and keep them in your lesson materials. This license lasts as long as you comply with these terms, and it continues to cover worksheets you made before any later change to these terms.
The question bank is the heart of the Service, and these rules exist to protect it. You may not:
Sharing an individual worksheet with your own students or colleagues for teaching is fine.
The questions, answers, solutions, diagrams, and everything else in the question bank belong to Gripul and are protected by copyright. Nothing in these terms transfers them to you. Text you type into a worksheet header is yours.
The questions were written and checked by people, but we do not promise that every question and answer is free of errors. Review worksheets before you use them in class. If you find an error, email us; we fix them.
You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close your account if you violate these terms, and we will do so without notice if we detect bulk copying. Sections 5, 6, 9, 10, and 12 survive the end of this agreement.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. This is a beta.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gripul will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service. Gripul's total liability for all claims related to the Service will not exceed the greater of fifty dollars ($50) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these limitations; in that case they apply to the extent permitted.
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and for material changes we will notify you by email or by a notice in the Service before they take effect. Using the Service after that date means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
