This version of the policy applies during the open beta.
Gripul Math Worksheets (the "Service") is run by Gripul Inc., a Texas corporation based in Southlake, Texas ("Gripul", "we"). The Service lives at math.gripulinc.com. Questions about this policy go to support@gripulinc.com.
The Service lets teachers make printable math worksheets from a question bank. It is for adults who teach. Students do not use it, there are no student accounts, and we do not collect information about students.
Your account. You sign in with Google. From Google we receive two things: your email address and a numeric Google account identifier. We do not receive your password, and we do not ask for your name, photo, contacts, or anything else from your Google account.
Worksheets you make. For each worksheet we keep a record: when it was made, which course and standards you chose, how many questions, the options you picked, and which questions it contained. We keep this so we can reissue the same worksheet to you without counting it twice, and so that copies can be traced (see "Watermarks" below). Text you type into a worksheet header — your name, school, class, date, instructions — is printed on the worksheet. We do not store it with the worksheet record.
Usage and security records. How many worksheets you made in each month. The IP address and time of your sign-up, and short-lived request counters keyed by IP address, which we use for rate limits and to detect bulk copying. Security log entries about your account's activity, for example when a request was stopped by a limit.
One cookie. A session cookie keeps you signed in. It holds a random identifier and nothing about you. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a visitor is a person, may store its own small token in your browser.
We do not collect student data, grades, rosters, or anything that identifies students. We do not take payments during the beta, so we hold no payment or card information. We do not track you across other websites.
To run the Service and keep you signed in. To apply the monthly limit on your account. To detect and stop bulk copying of the question bank, which is why most of the records above exist. To answer your emails. To understand, in aggregate, how the Service is used. To meet legal obligations.
Every worksheet carries a small printed identifier linked to the account that made it. If worksheets from our bank appear somewhere they should not, this lets us find out which account they came from. The identifier does not contain your name or email.
We use service providers to run the Service: Cloudflare (hosting, database, file storage, and the Turnstile person-check) and Google (sign-in). Our pages also load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers when you open them. These providers process data for us under their own privacy terms. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the Service and its users.
Account information: as long as your account exists. Worksheet records and security logs: as long as we need them to protect the question bank against bulk copying, after which we delete or anonymize them. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account information within 30 days. Worksheet identifiers may be kept in anonymized form for tracing.
Delete your account by emailing support@gripulinc.com from the address on the account. Sign out at any time; the session cookie expires on its own. You can revoke the Service's access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
The Service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, email us and we will remove it.
Pages are served over HTTPS. Sign-in state is kept on our servers, not in your browser. The question bank itself is never sent to browsers; you receive finished worksheets only.
When we change this policy we post the new version here with a new date. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or by a notice in the Service before it takes effect.
